SO DELICIOUS: Tender and tasteful asparagus sides!

Incorporating an asparagus side into your meals is an excellent way of eating vegetables. Forget about those days in which food didn’t taste quite as good! Thankfully, there is a recipe that’ll allow for your family as well as yourself to enjoy a tender, yet very tasteful asparagus.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Crushed red pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Begin by cutting off 1 inch from the roots of the asparagus. ―In a pot, boil water and place the asparagus in for 5 minutes. Into a pan pour 4 table spoons of olive oil. Incorporate the chopped garlic and pepper.

The trick is for the garlic to golden up a bit, this is how you’ll know it’s ready. After, carefully place the drained asparagus’ in and allow for them to sizzle. Add a pinch of salt, crushed peppers, stir and serve.
