What you'll need

  • Whey protein (whatever flavor you like most)
  • 1 tablespoon of Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • Water (see instructions)
  • 9 nuts
  • Pop molds

Preparation

Into a cup, incorporate the whey protein, cocoa and nuts. Add water, but just enough to create a paste. Place the mixture into the molds and allow for this to sit in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. If you don’t have molds, use small cups instead.

Last, but not least, after or before the gym, treat yourself to this delicious and super healthy recipe that’ll satisfy your cravings!
