Where it all started

First, I want to take you back in time so that you could understand one reason why mankind has linked a full moon to a woman’s menstrual cycle. Primitive men would hunt while there was a full moon because of its light. Women stayed home, as it was the time in which they could afford to be “infertile”. However, when there was a “new moon” men were home and women were able procreate.

Overtime, this lore was proved wrong by modern science as there are so many women with irregularities.

Could 2 worlds intertwine?

Most women, have mentioned how they feel extra moody or upset when there’s a full moon. Modern research has found no evidence of the moon affecting anyone’s mood.  A typical menstrual cycle lasts around 28 days, as it may vary. On the other hand, the lunar cycle lasts on average 29.5 days. Although both “events” may coincide, they are not linked to each other.

Even if the moon did influence women there would be little to do. The moon, as it exists in space, does contribute to earth in many other ways, but scientifically it has not been linked to women. Therefore, if you’re experiencing mood swings or anything of this source, there are ways of gaining control again.
