El domingo 10 de enero acabó en luto cuando una de las mayores leyendas de la música perdía la batalla contra el cáncer. David Jones, mejor conocido como David Bowie, nos dejaba a los 69 años de edad, con un disco recién editado, Blackstar, y un legado monumental que va más allá de la música. Con el siguiente mensaje oficial nos despertábamos este lunes:
Estrellas de la música lloran la muerte de David Bowie

La influencia de Bowie, en las seis décadas en las que nos deleitó con su genio (desde 1962 hasta su muerte), es innegable . Su aporte creativo no se limitó a componer canciones, también rompió moldes de géneros, tanto musicales como físicos, la industria de la moda cayó a sus pies, los personajes que creó permanecerán por siempre como referente obligado de la cultura popular, además podemos darle crédito por un montón de artistas fabulosos que se vieron inspirados por él. Su hijo confirmaba la noticia con este mensaje en Twitter:
