Learning dance moves takes a lot practice, patience and dedication. Beyonce has mentioned in several of her interviews that it takes her months to be 100% ready to perform. But, don't feel discouraged - a person that works out doesn't see full results after months of hard work. 

Did you know that an excellent way to lose weight is by dancing? Not only would you get away from everything that gives you stress –while practicing- but you will be able to get away those pounds that most women have so much trouble with.

Queen B herself doesn’t stay behind, in the past she has mentioned that after a show she feels too exhausted to even workout and that, just like Jennifer, her body looks the way it does because of how much she dances.  

As a matter of fact, dancing gets her into shape while giving her more energy throughout her performances. The secret is in your hands; it’s all a matter of will.

The perfect time to practice

No one will know your schedule like you. Organize your agenda and leave some time to practice, I recommend 2 hours, but you could start out with 1. If you work in the mornings, the best time to practice is in the afternoons before dinner and vise versa. Ask some of your girlfriends to join the fun and lose weight while having a great time.

Take your time learning the moves and record yourself.
