Supreme Court battle could tip the balance on November 3rd

Judge Amy Coney Barrett will be confirmed in time to weigh in on any cases arising from the contested 2020 election, as happened 20 years ago when the Supreme Court stepped in and decided the 2000 election when George W. Bush beat Al Gore. To discuss this we spoke to Charles Zelden, a political science professor at Nova Southeastern University.
