Moist and crunchy ROASTED PORK !

Living in the United States shouldn’t entail for you to stop cooking dishes such as a roasted pork! Impress your loved ones with such a delicious recipe that’ll have them asking for more!

Ingredients
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of oregano
- 2 tablespoons of brown cumin
- 3 sour oranges
- Bay leaves
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation
Dice the garlic cloves into small chunks. Using a sieve to prevent any seeds from falling into the mixture, squeeze the lemons. Follow by incorporating the dry ingredients: Bay leaves, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper ―stir everything very well.
After, using a sharp knife ―poke holes in the meat so that when you season it, the inside will also be marinated.
Place the pork inside the fridge overnight, so that it gains more flavor. The next day, place it in the oven under 350 degrees. Remove the pork right after it reached an inside temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
The most accurate way of knowing this is by using a meat thermometer. Also, this is a perfect trick that’ll allow for you to enjoy tender, yet moist recipes.
