In the past, I wasn’t a big fan of vegetables being that I didn’t find them flavorful. Once I learned how to cook, I knew that I had to find a way to include more taste into a super healthy dish that mother had begged me to eat for years. With the use of a few tricks, I came up with a delicious and nutritious recipe that I'll share with you.
VEGAN stir fry tofu with vegetables

What you'll need
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 pack of firm tofu
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of snap peas
- Cooking spray
- Sweet and sour sauce
SO DELICIOUS: Chicken simmered in a creamy soup!

Preparation
Evenly, apply cooking spray throughout a skillet. On high heat, roast the spices: garlic cloves, peppers and onions as well as the vegetables and tofu. Incorporate the sweet and sour sauce and stir. Let this stand for about 2 minutes and serve.
When the garlic is cooked or roasted while it's whole, its taste changes into a delicious one! Also, the tofu will absorb the flavors of the foods with which it’s cooked. Dinner will never be the same after this recipe!
