"A rapidly aging population in the US and at least 8 million Latino family caregivers already providing care, signals us that there needs to be more awareness of the prevalence of caregiving, particularly among young Latino men and women. There also needs to be a lot more support. While the topic is new to many Millennials, there are things we can do to educate and empower the next generation who will become caregivers. There is much to be learned from those who have been through it."
