At Premios Juventud, actresses, singers and public figures dressed for an event that awarded the most prominent Latino-musicians of the moment. On the carpet, there were celebrities who followed current trends to an extreme and sadly didn’t make our list. But, the ones who did clearly knew which styles complimented them best.
