Sure we can all put our phone on speaker, but being considerate is always ladylike. On the other hand, with so much ambient noise it’s going to be hard for you to fully listen to the song.

Working out in comfort is most definitely a plus. If you want to be able to fully move through each exercise, make sure you keep a sports bra around.

Training shoes don’t feel very comfortable without socks. Toss 2 pairs of socks inside your bag!

If you shower at the gym, neatly tuck away those undergarments in an area of the bag that has a zipper.

7.  Arm band for your phone/ music player 

There are exercises that require the full use of your 2 hands. To solve the problem of putting your phone on the side, use an arm band and always enjoy your favorite song!

6. Flip flops

Indeed, you don’t want to shower at a “public” bathroom, without any shoes. With so many types of infections, protect yourself by always carrying with you a pair of flip flops.
