Vintage Vinyl News reported the group, led by co-founders Debbie Harry, Chris Stein, and Clem Burke, are joined on the new set by such legends as Joan Jett and Laurie Anderson, with songs written by the Smiths' Johnny Marr and Nick Valensi of the Strokes. Debbie Harry looked back at her and Blondie's '70s heyday, which involved the expected dalliance into the New York City drug culture: "I think I regret certain aspects of it, for sure. But, y'know, it was definitely part of the culture and the times and I certainly think I was, y'know, of a mind to experiment and I think that I still am, perhaps not in the drug world, but, y'know I think experimentation and trying things is something that's deeply rooted in me."
