Meet the youngest woman certified flight pilot in Latin America

Venezuelan Andrea Palacios is making history as the youngest Latin American woman to be certified as a pilot. This comes in the midst of a severe crisis in the South American nation where more than ten international airlines have closed operations since Nicolas Maduro came to power.
