The U.S. is averaging over 70,000 coronavirus cases per day

The second wave of coronavirus infections has officially begun in the U.S. while reporting an average of 70,000 cases a day. Local leaders are implementing new shutdowns and restrictions as the Trump administration cites ending the pandemic as one of its accomplishments.
