Texas: privately funded border wall shows signs of erosion

Along the dividing line between Texas and Mexico, a privately built border wall remains a controversial fixture in the community. A drone video shows evidence of erosion in some sections of the structure after being exposed to the wrath of Hurricane Hannah.
