Striking racial divide found in nursing homes impacted by outbreak

Over 35,000 people have died from outbreaks at nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Homes with a significant number of black and Latino residents are more likely to have an outbreak. Unews spoke to Rebecca Cokley she's the director of The Disability Justice Initiative at the Center for American Progress.
