Scaramucci confirms to 'Politico' that he wants to dismiss Michael Short, assistant to the White House press office. Short resigns that afternoon.

'Politico' publishes a financial disclosure report on Scaramucci’s finances. That night, Scaramucci takes to Twitter to blast the “leakers” responsible, and mentions Reince Priebus. After learning the report was part of the public record, Scaramucci deletes the tweet.

'The New Yorker' publishes an expletive-laden conversation with Scaramucci in which he heaps insults on Trump's advisor Steve Bannon as well as Reince Priebus, the White House chief of staff.

Trump dismisses Priebus. Scaramucci asks that his private life be respected.
