Millions of Americans with past convictions are eligible to vote

Close to 18 million Americans with past convictions are eligible to vote but many of them don't actually know it. Lack of information and confusing state laws are to blame. To talk about this is, we spoke to Blair Bowie, she's a voting rights expert for Campaign Legal Center.
