Experts are warning that a massive shortage of poll workers could drastically slow down the voting process. Now, the organization Power the Polls is hoping to recruit 250,000 poll workers this November. To discuss this we spoke to Maxwell Zorick, he's the senior director of social impact at MTV and Comedy Central, two of the partners in this effort.
