On Monday, three Florida Democrat congresswomen were denied access to a government-run shelter for immigrant children in Homestead, Florida. Representatives Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Donna Shalala and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell asked to tour the facility after it was announced last week that the center was set to dramatically expand its capacity.
