Confirmed covid-19 cases worldwide surpass 18 million

White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx warns the country is now in a new phase of the pandemic and the spread is reaching rural areas. The CDC predicting 20,000 more deaths could happen in the next three weeks.
