For almost a month, a Cuban American man has been riding his bicycle to convince the Trump administration to lift economic sanctions against Cuba during the coronavirus pandemic. After taking off from Seattle in mid-July, Carlos Lazo just completed the more than 3,000-mile journey and arrived in Washington DC today.
