A family tradition combining sushi and Latin flavors

Adriana Vethencourt’s family opened the first Japanese restaurant in Maracay, Venezuela over two decades ago, and now, she is continuing the tradition, only this time as a migrant in the city of Doral, Florida. Anna Barbie spoke with her about her journey and her fusion of sushi and Latin flavors.
