Raven-Symoné Is Returning To The Disney Channel

Raven is returning to television to star in a That's So Raven sequel

Raven-Symoné, 30, announced that she is quitting "The View" morning talk show and moving to Los Angeles to work on a sequel for "That's So Raven." Raven-Symoné has been on The View since 2015.

The show "That's so Raven originally aired on the Disney from 2003 - 2007 whrere her character was a psychic high schooler by the name of Raven Baxter.

Now, Raven is working on a untitled spin-off character of a divorced mother of two pre-teens. One of the pre-teens actually inherited Raven's abilities to see into the future.

Adam Bonnett who is the EVP of Original Programming said: "Her performance in That's So Raven is timeless. We now have our eyes on the future with her, and we're looking forward to telling more stories for a new generation with an adult Raven Baxter raising her young family."

Raven announced that they will be holding auditions soon for the spinoff show. No details as in dates have been announced.
