"Ice Ice Baby" was released by Robert Matthew Van Winkle or known better as Vanilla Ice. Vanilla Ice released his track Ice Ice Baby on his debut 1989 album Hooked, but re-released on July 2, 1990 on his debut album To The Extreme.

"Ice Ice Baby" was the first hip-hop single that topped the Billboard Hot 100 at number one. The jam reached the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song list at number six.
