The 'Finesse' rapper is officially celebrating the official release of her debut album 'Invasion of Privacy.'
Cardi, her fiancé Offset and her family went to an upscale restaurant to celebrate. The crowd wined and dined at 'Philipe' in New York City. The restaurant, described as a swanky, elevated Asian restaurant located off of Madison Avenue, stayed open late to accommodate the rapper's party. Celebrity chef Philippe Chow opened the restaurant in 2005 and it has since gained a steady list of high profile customers, ranging from sports stars to political figures. Regular patrons of the restaurant include Rihanna, Kobe Bryant, Troy Aikman and Carmelo Anthony.
It was not until after they arrived at the restaurant that Cardi realized she had another reason to celebrate. Without her knowing, Offset secretly flew in her dad's side of the family from the Dominican Republic, to take part in the festivities.
"No you didn't. No, you didn't," Cardi said. "So, I just got surprised with my whole family at Philipe is here. I can't believe that Offset flew in my niece, my cousin, my grandmother and my grandfather, my aunt from the Dominican Republic. You sneaky motherf****r. You know what? I love you so much. Thank you everybody. Everybody, just enjoy 'Invasion of Privacy' right now. Thank you so much! I can't believe it!!!!"
At the end of long day, Bardi thanked her fans for supporting her new album.
"Hey everybody, what's good. I'm so tired. I just got in. I've been up since seven in the morning. I'm about to go to sleep with my makeup on and all that s**t. I want to thank everybody that is listening to 'Invasion of Privacy.' I want to thank everybody that was included in the process. I want to thank F, I want to thank Partisan. I want to thank Atlantic. I want to thank my publicist. I want to thank Pete, I want to thank Coach K. I just want to thank everybody that just kept me grounded because I was just all over the place," Cardi said. " I want to thank every artist that took their time and gave me a feature. I want to thank Kehlani, I want to thank SZA, I want to thank Chance The Rapper. I want to thank J Balvin, I want to thank Bad Bunny, I want to thank YG. I want to thank the brothers - my Migos. My man - thank you so much. Oh yes, and my man. He kept me grounded. Kept me focused during my album time.... and brought my family over here. Thank you so much everybody, I love y'all. My fans: I love y'all."

So, now that the album is out, what's next for Cardi?
For now, it appears the rapper is going to be busy for the next few weeks promoting her new album. This weekend, she is the featured musical guest on Saturday Night Live, while Black Panther's Chadwick Boseman will be hosting. Fans have been axiously awaiting for the episode to arrive because, this will most likely be the first time Cardi performs her new solo single, 'Be Careful' on live television.
Also, on Monday evening, Cardi will makes history as the the first-ever co-host of 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.' Cardi has been featured on the show twice before as a guest interview. The hosting duties most likely came as a result of Cardi's viral interview with Fallon from December 2017.
After her stop at the 'The Tonight Show,' Cardi will no doubt be making her way to Indio, California to perform at the Coachella festival on April 15 and April 22.
After the music festival, Cardi's schedule remains to be known. Pregnancy rumors having been widely spreading since the Super Bowl, when people reported that Cardi kept herself distant from an official event party and was not drinking any alcohol. It was claimed that the rapper was only drinking water.
