Usted los pedía para el 11 de junio, pero a la vez rompió con el presidente trump diciendo que no había nada de sustento para decir que las elecciones habían sido robadas o manipuladas. Entonces, por qué arreglarlo si no está roto.

En california? Are looking at these results and saying does it take so long?

You've got countries like india where they count hundreds of millions of votes and you get the results in one day other states like florida. Where you have similar system to us mail in ballots you have and yet you get the results on one night.

And i think that people in california. Look at this and say we are the biggest economy in the world with the technology.

Capital of the world. Surely we can do better than this and i think if we make sure that we do it more quickly.

Then that means people will have more confidence in the results. A la gente en california sí le gusta el sistema.

Ellos dicen que están contentos poniendo su boleta electoral en el correo de último. Por qué arreglarlo entonces?

I think that people can write on election day. Of course.

And i think it's important if you can't vote in person. You should be able to vote by mail, but in most places you don't send out the ballot to everybody.

You can request the mailing ballot and i think there's another part of the process. I think that makes people very concerned.

Which is this idea that you can count the ballots one week after election day. Even if they arrive seven days late after election day.

It's still counted. I think most people look at that and say that doesn't make sense.

But the most important thing and this is what i was arguing today is there's a simple way we can speed things up in california and that is to have other id because if you have vota id you don't need to spend time matching signatures and all this complication that takes along. You just know that the person.

Who is voting is the person who should be voting in november. We will have id on the ballot.

Everybody in california california. Agree with both right.

El cambio viene a california. Pero muchos de estos cambios nos están llegando desde el gobierno federal.

Cómo puede usted reconciliar el ser republicano con estos cambios viniendo del gobierno republicano y al mismo tiempo tener el voto latino en california? You're talking about actually success when so many people are dependent on the government for food or for for their for their living expenses.

I want people to have a good job where they make enough to raise their family in a home that they own. That's where that's the california dream and so i think what it's a different approach from what we've had where they want to keep increasing taxes.

So that we keep spending more money to give people benefits like snap. I want to go in a different direction to reduce the money and they are responsible for their own lives same with health care where i think it's very important that we have we don't see success in health care as more and more people dependent on the government.

So it's a different idea. I think with the federal government.

My attitude is we should work with the federal government to try and get positive results for californians. For example in health care there's a lot of money being wasted because it's criminals who are stealing the money gangs who are stealing the money.

For example with the hospices we've seen that in los angeles criminal gangs taking a lot of money out of the system now the federal government. The vicepresidente j.

D. Vance task force trying to stop the waste the california governor right now they are fighting that i think that's crazy.

I want to work with the federal government to get positive results for californians when you've got um government is trying to do something sensible for california a good example is gas prices so one of the reasons that our gas prices the highest in the country is because we are importing so much oil and gas heights percent nearly we are importing. The federal government wants to increase production of california energy that will bring down the prices.

So i think we've got to be more thoughtful about the regulations and i think there's too many laws passed that make life too people and small business. Let's make sure that the regulations protect the environment protect safety.
