I also started a non-profit organization fund focused on preventing eviction so when we get the city level that someone is facing eviction. Then we go out and meet with them provide legal advice and also some financial assistance.

Because we need those jobs to be there, so for example we have the world cup coming. We have the olympics coming and businesses, especially that where it because of the immigration raids we're gonna have fan festivals and watch parties in those neighborhoods so those businesses can have an infusion of money providing resources that they need so that they can keep the doors open.

It is critical the latino community as a vibrante business sector and we want to do whatever you can to grow business sector which i've established. A collaboration with the latino chamber of commerce and making sure that when they come for the olympics that they get a good share.
