Five girls pranked their small town with balloons

The balloon prank pretty much frightened America.

In anticipation of the new movie adaption based on Stephen King's "IT" which is to be released on Friday, September 8th there has been red balloons popping up to sewer crates in a small in the small town of Lititz, Pennsylvania which is about a population.

The town's police department took to Facebook to warn the pranksters saying "A certain movie is coming to theaters in two days, and a local prankster took it upon themselves to promote the movie........... we give points for creativity, however we want the local prankster to know that we were completely terrified as we remove these balloons from the grates and we respectfully request that they do not do that again..."

It seems that five local girls of Lititz were the culprits to trying the balloons to the sewer grates according to their post to Twitter.

The girls placed over twenty balloons across their town and then people started posting photos to social media which quickly went viral and started concerning Americans.
