Young Thug was performing in Atlanta when he decided to go crowd surfing. The rapper jumped in but it looked like the crowd wasn't ready. The crowd ended up dropping Young Thugger to the ground. You can hear the rapper shout into the mic "pick me up, pick me up."

The Jeffery rapper was attempting to crowd surf in Atlanta when they dropped him on his head.

Security noticed that the rapper was in distress so they also jumped into the crowd to save him. He made it back to the stage after awhile .
