Hip hop star Craig Mack who performed the 1994 single "Flava In Ya Ear" died on Monday night. The 46-year-old was an original artist on Sean "Diddy" Combs' Bad Boy Records in the 90's.

Mack died of a heart failure in a hospital near his home in Walterboro, South Carolina.
Close friend and music producer Alvin Toney tells the media "God bless my friend. He was a good friend of mine. He was prepared for whatever comes, to go home to the Lord. He was prepared to do that. He wasn't scared. He was ready."
