According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Records online, Plies, who is known by his legal name of Algernod Lanier Washington was booked on Tuesday (January 17).

According to TMZ, the 40-year-old rapper was pulled over on the suspicion of drunk driving and apprehended on the spot. The arrest came days after he posted an Instagram video vowing to quit drinking. We guess he didn't keep his word.
