Lil Wayne Admitted to Hospital After Seizure
The rapper was found unconscious in his hotel room

After being found unconscious in his hotel room on Sunday, September 3, he was taken to Northwestern Memorial hospital after suffering from a seizure. TMZ is reporting that he allegedly had a second seizure on the way to the hospital.
Back in 2013, Wayne made the public announcement that he had epilespy, and it appears that his epilepsy may have played a part in this past weekend's events. In 2016 in an interview with Power 108, he said, "The bad news is I'm an epileptic. I'm prone to seizures. This isn’t my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I’ve had a bunch of seizures, y'all just never hear about them."
Under the reccomendation of his doctors, Wayne has cancelled a few upcoming concerts, including his 'Labor Day Weekend' event at Drai's Nightclub. The club sent their well-wishes to Wayne and announced that TI would fill in.
