PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The FESTIVAL DE LA MUSICA LATINA MAS GRANDE DEL AÑO promotion (the “SWEEPSTAKES”) begins on October 1, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends October 31, 2026 at 06:00 P.M. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Participation in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes administered by the Sponsor or any other entity. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Univision Communications, Inc. c/o LA X96.3FM, 500 Frank. W Burr Blvd, Teaneck, NJ 07666 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of New York, New Jersey & Connecticut, age 21 and older and who have not won another promotion of Sponsor in the past 30 days are eligible to enter. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and their owners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and each of the foregoing’s immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and void where prohibited by law.

During the Promotion Period, Sponsor may air promotional announcements on X96.3FM informing listeners where and

how to enter the Sweepstakes. These announcements are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a

method of entry.

(ii) Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry): Entrants may mail their name, address, phone number, with a reference

to FESTIVAL DE LA MUSICA LATINA MAS GRANDE DEL AÑO, to Univision Radio LLC, Attn: Lizbeth Rosario, 500 Frank W.

Burr Blvd., Suite 19, Teaneck, NJ 07666. All requested information must be provided to enter and to be eligible to win.

Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Entries must be received by October 31, 2026, 06:00 P.M. EST.

One (1) potential winner and their guest will receive the Festival de La Musica Latina prize package, November 12, 2026

at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. All required information must be provided at time of registration to enter

and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received by October 31, 2026, at 6:00

P.M. ET.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants may not win more than one prize. Entries received from any person in excess

of the stated limitation will be void. All entries shall become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or

acknowledged. Entries made by any individual (or any entity) other than the entrant whose name is on the entry form,

and/or entries originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial Sweepstakes

subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes.

Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or any other device used to automate the entry process, or by any

means that subvert the entry process are void.

The applicable station’s clock will be the official time keeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a

dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same information, the authorized user of the

information submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.

In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to

Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute, the Promotion Entities shall

not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the

equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which

may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or

liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of

entries.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Once the promotion period ends, one (1) potential winner will be selected

at random and awarded a flyaway prize package to Las Vegas for 3 days /2 nights. The potential prize winner may be

identified on LA X96.3FM the following day and/or notified using contact information provided or collected at the time

of registration. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a

potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first

notification attempt, or if prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner,

such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential prize winner and

their guest will each be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If winner fails or refuses to sign and return

all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by Sponsor exigencies),

such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential prize winner is found

to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to

award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its

sole discretion, may attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above

procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.

PRIZES

One (1) potential winner will receive the following prize package:

• Round trip airline tickets for the winner and their guest in economy.

• Hotel accommodations for three (3) days and two (2) nights

• Two (2) tickets to the Festival de la música Latina más grande del año on November 12 at MGM Grand

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the combined prizes is $3,900.00. No cash alternative, prize substitutions,

transfers or assignments will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof)

with one of comparable or greater value. The ARV of any prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer

marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of

these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual retail value of prize differs from the

ARV stated herein, the prize winner will not be entitled to a check, cash, or other form of payment for the price

difference.

The winner’s guest must be the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least twenty one (21)

years of age), unless such guest is the child or legal ward of the winner, and must sign a liability/publicity release prior.

If guest is child of legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Prize

winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual value of prize is less than the prize ARV in these

Official Rules. In the event winner and/or his/her guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole

and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any

other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part,

and send winner and/or his or her companions home with no further compensation. Each winner and guest must

comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that element of the prize.

Note: Each winner and his/her guest(s) irrevocably waives all claims against the Promotion Entities and agrees that the

Promotion Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this

Sweepstakes, the prizes awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to

communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof,

and sickness arising as a result of the winner participating in the Sweepstakes and related activities, wherever,

whenever or however the same may occur. Each winner fully understands that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2

and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely

contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present;

(b) no precautions, including the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by any/all travel providers or

those providing accommodations, can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health

conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities

as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in

being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or

death, regardless of age or health condition.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: No cash alternative, prize substitutions, assignments or transfers will be allowed, except

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or portion thereof) of comparable value if a prize listed is unavailable

for any reason. Prizes will be delivered only to an address in the United States of America. Prize winner shall be solely

responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, if any, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for

any other fees or costs associated with prize acceptance and use. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If, for whatever reason, the event associated with the prize is cancelled or modified after the prize is awarded, Sponsor’s

liability for the prize is limited only to the non-event portions of the prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of the

cancelled event. The tickets to the event are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets

and any requirements of the facility hosting the event. Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Sponsor.

Each winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor

consents in writing. In the event a prize winner (and/or their companion(s) (if applicable)) engage in behavior that (as

determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate,

threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right

to terminate the applicable experience early. Decisions regarding the conduct of the winner(s) and guest (if applicable)

in all aspects of their participation in the prize event/activity will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and any of

Sponsor’s representatives and final and binding in all respects. Winner(s) and guest(s) may be removed or disqualified

from participating in any aspect of the prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an

unauthorized disturbance, interruption or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or

property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate act. If a winner or guest who, in the opinion

of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other

individual, they may be removed from any premises relating to the prize and winner consents to such removal.

All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Certain restrictions and blackout dates

may apply. Each winner of the Trip Prize must travel as and when designated by Sponsor or the Trip Prize may be

forfeited and an alternate randomly selected winner chosen.

The Prize winner and their travel companion (if applicable) must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all

required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. It is the responsibility of each

Prize winner and their companion to provide proper documentation (including government issued picture

identification). All aspects of the travel portions of the Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor

in its sole and absolute discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole and

absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent

flyer miles. Travel must be booked at least one (1) week prior to travel or within thirty (30) days after initial contact

by Sponsor (whichever comes first) and all travel must be completed prior to the date communicated to you by

Sponsor. If travel is not booked and completed by these deadlines, the Prize will be considered forfeited. All airline

tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to

structure travel route and select hotels in their sole and absolute discretion. Each Prize winner will not receive cash or

any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Master Rules. The roundtrip

air transportation element for the Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. The Prize is subject to seat and

hotel availability, as well as Sponsor’s terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. If in the judgment of Sponsor

air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for

roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to a Prize

winner.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitution or any act or omissions

whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers, or any other persons

providing any Prize-related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events,

opportunities, or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No

refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize

element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional prize award details and travel information to

be provided to each Prize winner at the time of Prize notification. Prize winner and companion are responsible for

obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has

not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The Prize winner may be required to

provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to

issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, he or she may not be substituted, except in

Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and

those set forth by Sponsor’s transportation carrier(s) of choice. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers,

or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are not included as

part of any Prize package, and are solely each Prize winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to: additional

ground transportation at the Trip Prize winner’s destination(s), travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking

fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and service

charges. Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability,

and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of each Prize winner.

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize

furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE

FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,

AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE/FORCE MAJEURE: Acceptance of a prize constitutes a prize winner’s permission for

Sponsor to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements related to this

Sweepstakes and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media

now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further notification or compensation to, or permission of,

such winner and/or any third party. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities: (A) shall not be responsible or liable

for, and are hereby released, discharged and held harmless from, any and all liability, costs, injuries, losses or damages

of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury or property damage, due in whole or in part, directly

or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance,

receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize (or any travel/activity related thereto)], and (B) have not made

any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including,

without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any

damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by participating

in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other

errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without

limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost,

damaged, stolen, or garbled entries or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks,

servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed,

jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical

malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of

information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any

individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in

violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt

or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR

INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE

SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH

INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. No illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other

automated entries, or entries produced or submitted by any means which subvert the entry process will be accepted.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole

discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or

malfunctions or other causes have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity,

administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor

is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its

control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake,

explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance,

terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or

regulation, public health crisis (e.g., SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within

Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend,

or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if

possible) select potential winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date

of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in any such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive

remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written

document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of

these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision

is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect

and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes

of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without

resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal court located in New York, NY. All issues and

questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights

and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by,

and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict

of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws

of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes

should be directed to the Sponsor.

ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected

in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found at

nombre, dirección y número de teléfono, junto con una referencia a Festival de la música Latina más grande del año

Concurso, Univision Radio LLC, Attn: Lizbeth Rosario, 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., Suite 19, Teaneck, NJ 07666. Toda la

información solicitada debe proporcionarse para ser elegible. Las participaciones incompletas o ilegibles serán

descalificadas. Todas las participaciones deben recibirse a más tardar el 31 de octubre de 2026 a las 6:00 p.m. ET.

Un (1) posible ganador y su acompañante recibirán el paquete de premios del Festival de Música Latina, que tendrá

lugar el 12 de noviembre de 2026 en el MGM Grand Garden Arena de Las Vegas. Para participar y optar al premio, es

obligatorio facilitar toda la información requerida en el momento de la inscripción. Las inscripciones incompletas serán

descalificadas. Todas las inscripciones deben recibirse a más tardar el 31 de octubre de 2026 a las 6:00 p. m., hora del

este (ET).

Límite de una (1) participación por persona por día. Los participantes no pueden ganar más de un premio. Las

participaciones recibidas de cualquier persona que superen el límite establecido serán nulas. Todas las inscripciones

pasarán a ser propiedad del Patrocinador y no serán devueltas ni reconocidas. Las participaciones realizadas por

cualquier individuo (o cualquier entidad) que no sea el participante cuyo nombre figura en el formulario de

participación, y/o las participaciones que se originen en cualquier otro sitio web o dirección de correo electrónico,

incluidas, entre otras, las notificaciones comerciales de suscripción al Concurso y/o ingresar a los sitios de servicio, será

declarado inválido y descalificado para este Concurso. Las inscripciones generadas por secuencias de comandos,

mecánicas, macros o cualquier otro dispositivo utilizado para automatizar el proceso de inscripción, o por cualquier

medio que subvierta el proceso de inscripción, son nulas.

El reloj de la estación correspondiente será el cronometrador oficial para las inscripciones en línea en este Concurso.

En el caso de una disputa con respecto a las inscripciones recibidas de múltiples usuarios con la misma información, se

considerará que el usuario autorizado de la información enviada en el momento de la inscripción es el participante y

deberá cumplir con estas Reglas oficiales. En caso de que no se pueda resolver una disputa sobre la identidad de la

persona que realmente envió una participación a satisfacción del Patrocinador, la participación afectada se considerará

nula. En caso de disputa, las Entidades de la promoción no serán responsables de la información de participación

incorrecta o inexacta, ya sea causada por los usuarios de Internet o por cualquier equipo o programación asociados o

utilizad en el Concurso o por cualquier error técnico o humano que pueda ocurrir. en el procesamiento de las

inscripciones en el Concurso. Las Entidades de la Promoción no asumen ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier error,

omisión, interrupción, eliminación, robo o destrucción, acceso no autorizado o alteración de las participaciones.

SELECCIÓN Y NOTIFICACIÓN DE GANADORES: Al finalizar el Período de la Promoción, el Patrocinador seleccionará al

azar a un (1) posible ganador, de entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas. El posible ganador podrá ser

identificados al aire el día de la selección y serán notificados utilizando la información de contacto proporcionada o

recopilada al momento de participar. El Patrocinador no es responsable por notificaciones de ganador que se pierdan,

sean interceptadas, retrasadas o que el posible ganador no reciba por cualquier motivo. Si un posible ganador no

responde dentro de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas del primer intento de notificación, o si el premio o la notificación del

premio se devuelve como no reclamado o no se puede entregar a dicho ganador potencial, dicho ganador potencial

perderá su premio y se podrá seleccionar un ganador alternativo. Cada uno de los posibles ganadores del premio y sus

invitados deberán ejecutar una Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad, una Liberación de Responsabilidad y (donde la

imposición de tal condición sea legal) una Autorización de Publicidad (colectivamente, "Documentos de Aceptación del

Premio". Si el ganador no firma o se niega a firmar y devolver todos los Documentos de Aceptación del Premio dentro

de los cinco (5) días posteriores a la notificación del premio (o en un plazo más corto si así lo requieren las exigencias

del Patrocinador), el ganador potencial puede ser descalificado y se puede seleccionar un ganador alternativo. Si se

podrá seleccionar un ganador alternativo. El Patrocinador, a su exclusivo criterio, puede intentar comunicarse con hasta

tres (3) posibles ganadores de un premio de acuerdo con el procedimiento anterior, después de lo cual el premio en

cuestión puede quedar abandonado

PREMIOS

Un (1) posible ganador recibirá el paquete de premios del Festival de Música Latina:

• Vuelos de ida y vuelta en clase económica para el ganador y su acompañante.

• Alojamiento en hotel durante tres (3) días y dos (2) noches.

• Dos (2) entradas para el festival de música latina más grande del año, el 12 de noviembre en el MGM Grand.

El valor aproximado de venta ("ARV") de todos los premios es $3.900.00. No se permitirán alternativas en efectivo,

sustituciones de premios, transferencias o asignaciones, siempre que el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de sustituir

un premio (o parte del mismo) por uno de valor comparable o mayor. El ARV de cualquier premio está sujeto a

fluctuaciones de precios en el mercado de consumo en función, entre otras cosas, de cualquier intervalo de tiempo

entre la fecha en que se estima el ARV a los fines de estas Reglas oficiales y la fecha en que se otorga o canjea el premio.

Si el valor de venta real del premio difiere del ARV establecido en este documento, el ganador del premio no tendrá

derecho a un cheque, efectivo u otra forma de pago por la diferencia de precio.

Cualquier invitado del ganador debe tener la mayoría de edad legal en su jurisdicción de residencia (y al menos veinte

uno (21) años de edad), a menos que dicho invitado sea el hijo o la tutela legal del ganador, y debe firmar los

Documentos de Aceptación del Premio. Si el invitado es hijo o la tutela legal del ganador, el ganador debe firmar y

devolver tales documentos y autorizaciones en nombre de dicho hijo o tutela legal. El ganador del premio no recibirá

dinero en efectivo ni ninguna otra forma de compensación si el valor real del premio es menor que el ARV del premio

en estas Reglas oficiales. En el caso de que el ganador y/o su invitado participen en un comportamiento que (según lo

determine el Patrocinador a su exclusivo y absoluto criterio) sea desagradable o amenazante, ilegal o que tenga la

intención de molestar, abusar, amenazar o acosar a cualquier otra persona, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de

cancelar el premio u otra experiencia aplicable anticipadamente, en su totalidad o en parte, y enviar al ganador y/o a

sus acompañantes a casa sin compensación adicional. Cada ganador e invitado debe cumplir con todas las reglas y

regulaciones del lugar. El no hacerlo puede resultar en la pérdida de ese elemento del premio.

Nota: Cada ganador y su(s) invitado(s) renuncian irrevocablemente a todo reclamo contra las Entidades de la promoción

y acepta que las Entidades de la promoción no tendrán responsabilidad alguna por ningún reclamo que surja en relación

con la participación en este Concurso, los premios otorgados, daños personales, o muerte por negligencia, un riesgo

potencialmente mayor de exposición a enfermedades transmisibles, virus, bacterias o enfermedades (incluido, entre

otros, COVID-19) y las causas de las mismas y enfermedades que surjan como resultado de la participación del ganador

en el Concurso y actividades relacionadas, donde sea, cuando sea o como sea que las mismas puedan ocurrir. Cada

ganador entiende completamente que (a) el nuevo coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 y cualquier enfermedad resultante (incluye

cualquier mutación, adaptación o variación del mismo, "COVID-19") es extremadamente contagios y existe un riesgo

inherente de exposición a COVID -19 en cualquier lugar donde haya gente presente; (b) ninguna precaución, incluidos

los protocolos que se implementarán de vez en cuando por cualquiera o todos los proveedores de viajes o aquellos que

brindan alojamiento, puede eliminar el riesgo de exposición al COVID-19; (c) si bien el COVID-19 ha afectado

negativamente a personas de todas las edades y condiciones de salud, las autoridades de salud pública han identificado

que ciertas personas tienen un mayor riesgo en función de la edad y/o las condiciones médicas subyacentes; y (d) la

exposición a COVID-19 puede resultar en estar sujeto a requisitos de cuarentena, enfermedad, discapacidad, otros

efectos de salud a corto y largo plazo y/o la muerte, independientemente de la edad o condición de salud.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DEL PREMIO: No se permitirán alternativas en efectivo, sustituciones de premios,

asignaciones o transferencias, siempre que el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de sustituir los premios (o una parte

de los mismos) por un valor comparable si un premio enumerado no está disponible por algún motivo. Los premios se

entregarán únicamente a una dirección en los Estados Unidos de América. El ganador del premio será el único

responsable de todos los impuestos federales, estatales y/o locales aplicables, si los hubiera, y de las consecuencias

de reportarlos, y de cualquier otra tarifa o costo asociado con la aceptación y el uso del premio. Todos los detalles del

premio quedan a discreción del Patrocinador.

Si el premio incluye boletos o admisión a algún evento: Si, por cualquier motivo, el evento asociado con el premio se

cancela o modifica después de que el premio haya sido otorgado, la responsabilidad del Patrocinador con respecto al

premio estará limitada únicamente a las partes no relacionadas con el evento del premio. No se pagará ninguna

compensación en lugar del evento cancelado. Los boletos para el evento estarán sujetos, en todos los aspectos, a los

términos y condiciones establecidos en los boletos y a cualquier requisito de la instalación que aloje el evento. La

ubicación de los asientos (según corresponda) será determinada por el Patrocinador. Cada ganador tiene

estrictamente prohibido vender, subastar, intercambiar o transferir de cualquier manera los boletos, a menos que el

Patrocinador lo consienta por escrito. En caso de que un ganador del premio (y/o sus acompañantes, según

corresponda) se comporte de manera que, según lo determine el Patrocinador o cualquier proveedor del premio a su

entera y absoluta discreción, sea ofensiva, inapropiada, amenazante, ilegal o que tenga la intención de molestar,

abusar, amenazar o acosar a otra persona, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de terminar la experiencia aplicable

anticipadamente. Las decisiones relacionadas con el comportamiento del(los) ganador(es) y su(s) invitado(s) (según

corresponda) en todos los aspectos de su participación en el evento o actividad del premio quedarán a entera

discreción del Patrocinador y cualquiera de sus representantes, y serán definitivas y vinculantes en todos los

aspectos. El(los) ganador(es) y su(s) invitado(s) podrán ser retirados o descalificados de participar en cualquier

aspecto del premio por cualquier motivo en cualquier momento, incluyendo, entre otros, crear una perturbación no

autorizada, interrupción, contacto físico innecesariamente brusco, crear un potencial de lesión o daños materiales, o

por cualquier acto poco saludable, inseguro, ilegal o inapropiado. Si un ganador o invitado que, en opinión del

Patrocinador o de cualquiera de sus representantes, se considere una amenaza física o mental para el bienestar de

cualquier otra persona, puede ser retirado de cualquier lugar relacionado con el premio, y el ganador consiente dicha

remoción.

Si el premio consiste en un premio de viaje: El Patrocinador otorgará un (1) “Premio de viaje” que consistirá en

transporte y alojamiento según lo comunicado por el Patrocinador en relación con la Promoción. El valor minorista

real del Premio de viaje puede variar dependiendo del punto de partida, las fechas de viaje y las fluctuaciones de

tarifas o precios. Si el valor real del premio es menor que el ARV indicado, la diferencia no será otorgada. Todos los

arreglos de viaje deben realizarse a través del Patrocinador o el designado por el Patrocinador. Podrían aplicarse

ciertas restricciones y haber fechas restringidas. Cada ganador del Premio de viaje debe viajar según lo determine el

Patrocinador, o bien el Premio de viaje podría ser confiscado, y se seleccionará aleatoriamente a un ganador

alternativo. Cada ganador del Premio de viaje y su acompañante (según corresponda) deben viajar juntos en el mismo

itinerario y poseer todos los documentos de viaje requeridos, incluidos visas y pasaportes válidos, según corresponda.

Es responsabilidad de cada ganador del Premio de viaje y su acompañante proporcionar la documentación adecuada

(incluida una identificación con fotografía emitida por el gobierno). Todos los aspectos de las porciones de viaje del

Premio de viaje deben realizarse en las fechas determinadas por el Patrocinador a su entera y absoluta discreción. Las

fechas de salida y regreso están sujetas a cambios a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador. Los boletos de avión no son

reembolsables ni transferibles y no son válidos para actualizaciones o acumulación de millas de viajero frecuente. El

viaje debe reservarse con al menos una (1) semana de anticipación o dentro de los treinta (30) días posteriores al

primer contacto del Patrocinador (lo que ocurra primero), y todo el viaje debe completarse antes de la fecha

comunicada por el Patrocinador. Si el viaje no se reserva y completa dentro de estos plazos, el Premio de viaje será

considerado perdido. Todos los boletos de avión están sujetos a variaciones de vuelo, interrupciones laborales y

cambios de cronograma o ruta. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de estructurar la ruta del viaje y seleccionar los

hoteles a su entera y absoluta discreción. Cada ganador del Premio de viaje no recibirá efectivo ni ningún otro tipo de

compensación si los costos reales del viaje son menores al estimado en estas Reglas generales. El transporte aéreo de

ida y vuelta incluido en el Premio de viaje comienza y termina en el punto de partida. El Premio de viaje está sujeto a

disponibilidad de asientos y hoteles, así como a los términos y condiciones del Patrocinador generalmente aplicables

al premio. Si, según el criterio del Patrocinador, no se requiere transporte aéreo debido a la proximidad del ganador al

lugar del Premio de viaje, se sustituirá transporte terrestre por el transporte aéreo de ida y vuelta a discreción

absoluta del Patrocinador. La diferencia en el valor no será otorgada al ganador del Premio de viaje.

El Patrocinador no será responsable de cancelaciones, retrasos, desvíos, sustituciones o cualquier acto u omisión por

parte de las aerolíneas, hoteles, operadores de lugares, empresas de transporte, proveedores de premios o cualquier

otra persona que brinde servicios o alojamientos relacionados con el Premio de viaje. El Patrocinador no es

responsable por oportunidades o eventos del premio perdidos, o gastos incurridos como consecuencia de

cancelaciones o retrasos de vuelos o transporte terrestre. No se realizará ningún reembolso ni compensación en caso

de cancelación o retraso de cualquier transporte o elemento del premio, excepto a discreción absoluta del

Patrocinador. Se proporcionarán detalles adicionales sobre el premio y la información de viaje a cada ganador del

Premio de viaje al momento de la notificación del premio. El ganador del Premio de viaje y su acompañante son

responsables de obtener un seguro de viaje (y todas las demás formas de seguro) a su opción y reconocen que el

Patrocinador no ha obtenido ni obtendrá un seguro de viaje ni ningún otro tipo de seguro. Es posible que se requiera

que el ganador del Premio de viaje proporcione una tarjeta de crédito al momento de registrarse en el hotel. El

acompañante del ganador del Premio de viaje debe tener al menos la mayoría de edad en su estado o provincia de

residencia en la fecha de salida. El acompañante del viaje debe firmar las exenciones de responsabilidad y publicidad

antes de la emisión de los documentos de viaje. Una vez seleccionado el acompañante del viaje, no podrá ser

sustituido, excepto a entera y absoluta discreción del Patrocinador. El viaje está sujeto a los términos y condiciones

establecidos en esta Promoción, y los establecidos por el transportista elegido por el Patrocinador. Los boletos de

avión, vales de viaje o certificados perdidos, robados o dañados no serán reemplazados ni intercambiados. Todos los

gastos no mencionados específicamente en estas Reglas generales no están incluidos como parte del paquete del

Premio de viaje y son responsabilidad exclusiva de cada ganador del Premio de viaje. Esto incluye, entre otros:

impuestos de hotel, transporte terrestre adicional en el(los) destino(s) del ganador del Premio de viaje, seguro de

viaje, servicio a la habitación, tarifas por equipaje despachado, tarifas de estacionamiento, servicio de lavandería,

alimentos, bebidas alcohólicas, mercancía, recuerdos, llamadas telefónicas, propinas, gratificaciones y cargos por

servicio. Se aplican las regulaciones y condiciones de los transportistas y hoteles. Los viajes y alojamientos están

sujetos a disponibilidad, y cualquier cambio realizado en estos será a cargo del ganador del Premio de viaje.

El Patrocinador no ofrece garantías, y por la presente renuncia a todas y cada una de las garantías, expresas o

implícitas, con respecto a cualquier premio proporcionado por terceros en relación con el Concurso. SIN LIMITAR LA

GENERALIDAD DE LO ANTERIOR, DICHOS PREMIOS SE PROPORCIONAN "TAL CUAL" SIN GARANTÍA DE NINGÚN TIPO,

YA SEA EXPLÍCITA O IMPLÍCITA, Y EL PATROCINADOR RENUNCIA A TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS,

LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR Y/O NO

INFRACCIÓN DE DERECHOS DE TERCEROS.

EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD GENERAL/FUERZA MAYOR: La aceptación de un premio constituye [un] permiso

del ganador del premio para que el Patrocinador use su nombre, fotografía, imagen, voz, información biográfica,

declaraciones relacionadas con este Concurso y dirección (ciudad y estado) para publicidad y/o fines publicitarios en

todo el mundo y en todas las formas de medios ahora conocidos o desarrollados en el futuro, a perpetuidad, sin

notificación adicional o compensación o permiso de dicho ganador y/o cualquier tercero. Los participantes aceptan

que las Entidades de la promoción: (A) no serán responsables por ningunas responsabilidades, costos, lesiones,

pérdidas o daños de cualquier tipo, y por quedan eximidos, descargados y exentos de toda responsabilidad, incluidos,

entre otros, muerte y lesiones corporales o daños a la propiedad, debido en su totalidad o en parte, directa o

indirectamente, a la participación en el Concurso o cualquier actividad relacionada con el Concurso, o de la

aceptación, recepción, posesión y/o uso o mal uso de cualquier premio por parte de los participantes (o cualquier

viaje/actividad relacionada con el mismo), y (B) no han hecho ninguna representación o garantía expresa o implícita,

de hecho o de derecho, con respecto a cualquier premio, incluyendo, sin limitación, a la calidad o idoneidad de dicho

premio para un propósito particular. El Patrocinador no asume ninguna responsabilidad por ningún daño al sistema

informático o teléfono inalámbrico de un participante o de cualquier otra persona que sea ocasionado por participar

en el Concurso, o por cualquier sistema informático, línea telefónica, hardware, software o mal funcionamiento del

programa, u otros errores, fallas, transmisiones informáticas retrasadas o conexiones de red que sean de naturaleza

humana o técnica. Sin limitar la generalidad de lo anterior, el Patrocinador no es responsable de inscripciones o

notificaciones de premios incompletas, ilegibles, mal dirigidas, tardías, perdidas, dañadas, robadas o distorsionadas;

ni por redes, servidores, satélites, proveedores de servicios de Internet, sitios web u otras conexiones perdidas,

interrumpidas, inaccesibles o no disponibles; ni por errores de comunicación, transmisiones fallidas, desordenadas,

codificadas, retrasadas o mal dirigidas por computadora, teléfono o cable; ni por cualquier mal funcionamiento

técnico, fallas, dificultades u otros errores de cualquier tipo o naturaleza; ni por la captura incorrecta o inexacta de

información, o la falta de captura de cualquier información. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su exclusivo

criterio, de descalificar a cualquier persona que se descubra haya manipulando el proceso de inscripción o el

funcionamiento del Concurso, actuando en violación de estas Reglas oficiales o actuando de manera antideportiva o

disruptiva, o con la intención de interrumpir o socavar el funcionamiento legítimo del Concurso, o de molestar,

abusar, amenazar o acosar a cualquier otra persona. CUALQUIER INTENTO POR PARTE DE UN INDIVIDUO, SEA UN

PARTICIPANTE O NO, DE DAÑAR, DESTRUIR, MANIPULAR O INTERFERIR DELIBERADAMENTE CON EL

FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL CONCURSO ES UNA VIOLACIÓN DE LAS LEYES PENALES Y CIVILES Y EL PATROCINADOR SE

RESERVA EL DERECHO DE BUSCAR DAÑOS Y PERSEGUIR CON DILIGENCIA TODOS LOS RECURSOS CONTRA CUALQUIER

TAL INDIVIDUO EN LA MEDIDA MÁXIMA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY. No se aceptarán participaciones ilegibles,

incompletas, falsificadas, generadas por software u otras entradas automatizadas, ni participaciones producidas o

enviadas por cualquier medio que altere el proceso de participación. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a

modificar, extender, suspender o terminar el Concurso si determina, a su exclusivo criterio, que el Concurso está

técnicamente dañado o corrompido o que el fraude o problemas técnicos, fallas o mal funcionamiento u otras causas

han destruido o socavado severamente o en cualquier grado perjudicado la integridad, administración, seguridad,

juego adecuado y/o factibilidad del Concurso como se contempla en este documento. En caso de que el Patrocinador

no pueda otorgar premios o continuar con el Concurso como se contempla en estas Reglas Oficiales por cualquier

evento fuera de su control, incluidos, entre otros, incendios, inundaciones, epidemias de salud naturales o

provocadas por el hombre o por otros medios, terremotos, explosión, disputa de trabajo o huelga, caso fortuito o

enemigo público, falla del satélite o del equipo, disturbios o disturbios civiles, amenaza o actividad terrorista, guerra

(declarada o no) o cualquier ley, orden o regulación del gobierno federal, estatal o local, crisis de salud pública ( ej.,

SARS), orden de cualquier tribunal o jurisdicción, u otra causa que no esté razonablemente bajo el control del

Patrocinador (cada evento u ocurrencia de "Fuerza Mayor"), entonces el Patrocinador tendrá el derecho de

modificar, suspender o terminar el Concurso. Si el Concurso finaliza antes de la fecha de finalización designada, el

Patrocinador (si es posible) seleccionará a los posibles ganadores en un concurso al azar entre todas las

participaciones elegibles y no sospechosas recibidas a la fecha del evento que dio lugar a la finalización. La inclusión

en dicho concurso será el único y exclusivo recurso de cada participante en tales circunstancias. Estas Reglas Oficiales

no pueden ser modificadas o enmendadas de ninguna manera excepto en un documento escrito emitido por un

representante debidamente autorizado del Patrocinador. La invalidez o inaplicabilidad de cualquier disposición de

estas Reglas Oficiales no afectará la validez o aplicabilidad de cualquier otra parte o frase de estas Reglas Oficiales. En

el caso de que se determine que alguna cláusula, sección, frase o parte de estas Reglas Oficiales es inválida o

inaplicable o ilegal, estas Reglas Oficiales permanecerán vigentes y se interpretarán de acuerdo con sus términos

LEY/JURISDICCIÓN VIGENTE: Excepto donde esté prohibido, el participante acepta que todas y cada una de las

disputas, reclamos y causas de acción que surjan o estén relacionadas con el Concurso o cualquier premio otorgado se

resolverán individualmente, sin recurrir a ninguna forma de demanda colectiva, y exclusivamente por un tribunal estatal

o federal ubicado en Nueva York. Todas las cuestiones y preguntas relacionadas con la construcción, validez,

interpretación y exigibilidad de estas Reglas oficiales, los derechos y obligaciones del participante, o los derechos y

obligaciones del Patrocinador en relación con el Concurso, se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con las leyes del

Estado de Nueva York sin dar efecto a ninguna elección de ley o regla de conflicto de leyes (ya sea del Estado de Nueva

York o de cualquier otra jurisdicción), lo que causaría la aplicación de las leyes de cualquier jurisdicción que no sea el

un plazo de sesenta (60) días desde el final del Concurso. Los residentes de Vermont pueden omitir el franqueo de

devolución en las solicitudes de normas. La versión en inglés de estas Reglas Oficiales controla. Las copias de estas

Reglas Oficiales proporcionadas en cualquier otro idioma son solo por conveniencia.
