Premios Emmy 2009: Lista de Ganadores

A diferencia de la edición pasada, ningún programa se destacó como el gran dominado de los Premios Emmy 2009, aunque la comedia de NBC 30 Rock y el drama de AMC Mad Men se repitieron el titulo como las mejores series del año.

A pesar de estos premios, seguramente los productores de Mad Men no deben estar muy contentos, destacando que la serie dramática solo obtuvo ganó dos de los 16 premios en los que competía, ya que junto a la mejor serie dramática se quedó con el premio a mejor escritura para drama.

Además tenemos que considerar que este premio era prácticamente seguro dado que Mad Men tenia cuatro de las cinco nominaciones de la categoría, algo realmente impresionante y que es un testamento a la calidad de esta gran serie.

Por el lado de las comedias, 30 Rock tuvo un éxito algo mayor, ya que ganó cinco de los 16 premios a los que aspiraba, aunque en este caso la serie entró en ese exclusivo club de comedias que obtuvieron el premio más importante por tercer año consecutivo.

Para tener una idea de esta situación, tenemos que recordar que hasta el momento las únicas series que han conseguido lo mismo son The Mary Tyler Moore Show, All in the Famil y Frasier, destacando que esta ultima tiene el record con cinco victorias consecutivas.

Si nos guiamos por las cadenas, el gran ganador de la noche fue HBO con 21 estatuillas, seguida por NBC con 16, ABC con 11 y Fox con 10.
