In México’s Sierra Madre Occidental, at the border with the states of Sinaloa, Durango and Chihuahua, there is a place called ‘Triángulo Dorado’.

‘Triángulo Dorado’ is an area surrounded by mountains, which makes it difficult to access. Drug traffickers use this spot to seed, harvest and process marijuana and poppies, main ingredient used in the production of heroine (a drug that yields better profits).
