While ‘El Chapo’ was imprisoned in Puente Grande, important events took place around the world in 1995.
The 90s were starting and Selena Quintanilla was the icon of Tex-Mex. Her talent, beauty and charisma earned her the hearts of thousands of fans in Mexico and the United States.

The killer was Yolanda Saldivar, the president and treasurer of her fan club. She murdered her in a hotel in Corpus Christi, Texas.
