
Exercising doesn't have to be about vanity, it has a lot to do with health. The fat you may have around your abdomen could be covering your internal organs. With so much to do, there are times in which I find it easier to exercise from home than to drive the gym. However, these easy exercises could be incorporated in to your gym' routine.

1. Mountain Climbers
Position yourself on the floor (facing down) as if you were about to do push-ups. Make sure to elevate your butt higher than your head and that your back is straight. Start by bringing your knees to the chest. Repeat for 30 seconds. Don’t sink down and you will feel a burning sensation in your abdomen.
2. Crunches
This exercise will melt off fat from your belly if done correctly. Put your hands behind your head, contract your abdomen and slightly bring up your head and torso - you will feel how this exercise really does work.
3. V crunch
Lie on the floor and place your arms over your head. Come up all the way until you touch your knees. Repeat this exercise for 30 seconds and try not to stop until the time is over.
If you’re starting out with exercising, this routine will work for you. What I recommend is to complete 5 sets of each exercise; try to exercise at least 3 times per week. This post is excellent for all women, especially moms who don't have time to go to the gym.
