Es una entidad sin fines de lucro, adscrita al Departamento de Estado de Puerto Rico y destinada a erradicar la inseguridad alimentaria en nuestro país. Luego de realizar obras sociales y benéficas por 42 años, visitar más de 110 países como conferenciante internacional luchando contra la desigualdad social y combatiendo la pobreza y el hambre, el Chef Iván Clemente se sorprende al descubrir que en su natal isla existía la misma problemática.

It is a non-profit entity, registered in the Department of State of Puerto Rico with the goal of eradicating food insecurity in the country. After carrying out social and charitable works for 42 years, visiting more than 110 countries as an international speaker, fighting against social inequality, and combating poverty and hunger, Chef Iván Clemente is surprised to discover that the same problem existed in his native island.
