Shaping women

Hollywood celebrities love to waist train as it’s a surgery free alternative for a slimmer, curvier waist. The garment covers the entire core and fits very tight. Sometimes, a lot of women can’t even breathe with it on. Which leads us to think of the effect it has on internal organs. "Once you take the garment off, your body will return to its usual shape. It’s also uncomfortable, restricts your movements, and if you wear it really tight, it can even make it difficult to breathe and theoretically could cause rib damage.” said, Mary Jane Minkin, M.D to Women’s Health Magazine.
