Scroll down for details.

1. Personal hygiene
If you love to sleep, waking up may be a bit difficult. Set your alarm at least 30 minutes prior to the time you plan to get up.
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes. Why 2 minutes? Because this will allow for you to cover all areas in your mouth and prevent cavities. There are people that prefer to brush their teeth after breakfast; if you don’t live by yourself it is thoughtful to think of others.
Next, take a shower using a morning-shower gel to feel more awake.
2. Hair and makeup
Every morning before leaving your house, apply a moisturizer that has SPF 30+. The moisturizer goes underneath all of the makeup. After, apply any medication or creams you may use on a regular basis.
As for makeup, it is always so important to look our best. What I recommend is for you to create an everyday make-up routine that won’t take much longer than 5 minutes.

Taking care of your hair is very important, if you have it pre-done from the night before, work around it with hair-spray so that the style is set.
If you don’t have your hair styled, always apply any type of oil that will hydrate your ends; stay away from the roots if you have oily hair.
3. Time for your outfit
Usually, the best plan is to pick your clothes the night before. Always remember that it’s important to dress appropriate whether it may be for work or school.
Don’t be afraid to accessorize, but don’t over do it.
4. Off to breakfast
If you are on the go, the best things are protein bars and/or a shake. Protein shakes could be so delicious by simply adding fruits to it. During those mornings in which you may have a little bit of extra time on your hands, pancakes and eggs are excellent and so nutritious.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the one in which you could cheat --worry free-- because with an active day, the majority of all calories will be burned.
