Ingredients
- Fat-free tomato sauce
- Turkey Ham
- Olives
- Peppers
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 pack of fat-free mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 1 small pack of yeast
- 1/4 of a cup of warm water
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1/4 of olive oil
Preparation
First, let’s learn how to make our very own super healthy & crispy pizza dough.
Start by adding 3 cups of wheat flour into your mixer. In a separate cup pour ¼ of a cup of warm water and dissolve the yeast in it.
To your wheat flour, add: a pinch of salt, ¼ of olive oil and 1 cup of warm water. You will notice that your ingredients begin to bubble and that’s when you put in the dissolved yeast. Mix all the ingredients until you feel the dough sticky with a smooth surface.
Allow for the dough to sit in your freezer for 45 minutes and it will grow.
With your rolling pin flat out the entire dough and place it in the oven under 500 degrees for 5 minutes. By doing this, your pizza will be extra crispy and wont wobble. After, simply add the tomato sauce, turkey ham, olives, peppers and mozzarella cheese.
Place the pizza back in the oven for an extra 5 minutes at 500 degrees.
And there it is! A super healthy pizza that you could eat worry free.
