Historic floods across the Midwest leave devastation

A historically snowy winter has turned into record spring flooding across a wide area of the Midwest, killing at least 3 people so far. Major rivers are spilling over their banks, breaking levees and flooding communities. The total damage is already in the hundreds of millions of dollars. UNews spoke to Ted Streckfuss, deputy district engineer for the U.S. Army Core of Engineers in Nebraska.
