“They are going to have to explain what was the level of threat that was present at that point that caused them even to have their guns out and pointed toward Mr. Blake during the entire interaction with him walking away,” says Marq Claxton, he's the director of the Black Law Enforcement Alliance and also a retired NYPD detective.
