Crime Stoppers Offering Reward For Suspect In SAPD Detective's Death

SAPD and many local authorities are searching for the shooter from Sunday morning.

The San Antonio Police Department and Crime Stoppers need the public's help in identifying an individual in connection with the murder of San Antonio Police Detective Ben Marconi. Detective Marconi was shot and killed while conducting a traffic stop in front of the San Antonio Public Safety Headquarters Sunday (Nov 20) morning.

A reward of up to $10,000 is available to anyone who provides information for the arrest of the shooter.

Police are looking to talk to the individual below who has been identified a person of interest. Police state that he is not the suspect but might have more information. The man is a African-American male who is around 20 to 30 years old. Tall / slim build with a goatee. He might have a tattoo on his left arm.

Authorities are also looking for a black Mitsubishi Galant with custom rims. No license plate was available.
