Rapper is Being Sued for Tossing an Impersonator Off Stage

This rapper is in legal trouble after making a decision of throwing someone into a crowd.

Rapper Joey Badass is getting slapped with a $1.5 million lawsuit for tossing a Donald Trump impersonator off the stage at a MTV event in Los Angeles. The impersonator by the name of Phillip Wilburn who made appearances on "Jimmy Kimmel" and "Conan"is suing the rapper for $1.5 million.

Wilburn tells TMZ that he had to spend over $1K in medical expenses after his fall and might require surgury racking up the bill to $25K. Wilburn says that he might have lost about $50K in profits from his injuries.
