Back in 2002, Kirk Edwards or better known by his DJ name DJ JMK produced a beat that Master P famously rapped over called "Choppa Style."

Now he took notice that a sample of the beat he produced was being used without his permission and is not recieving any royalties for it.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Cardi B and City Girls used a sample of the beat in their song "Twerk."

Also, Yo Gotti and French Montana used DJ JMK's beat in their track "Oh Yeah" back in 2017

Now the DJ wants his money. He is suing Cardi B, City Girls, Yo Gotti and French Montana for copyright infringement.
