R&B superstar Beyoncé is in her hometown of Houston, TX along with her mother Tina Knowles Lawson, her daughter Blue Ivy and Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child. Queen Bey attended St. John's Church to help raise people's spirits and give them a hot meal.

Tina Knowles posted up a video of her daughter Beyoncé speaking to the church saying: "A prayer from me and for being such an incredible example of life and love is... This today is a celebration of survival. Y'all are my family. Houston is my home. I thank God. that y'all are safe; that your children are safe. The thing that really matters is your health and your children and your family. And you got it."

After church, Beyoncé joined rapper Trae the Truth who helped save Houstonians on day one and Lead Pastor Rudy Rasmus in the food serving line giving back to her community and try to put smiles on people's faces.

Beyoncé's foundation BeyGOOD partnered up with the non-profit company Bread of Life, and the Greater Houston Community Foundation to continue to serve her community with relief efforts. It will be a long process for the people of Houston. You can help out too.
